Air Fit Bungee is offering Bungee Fitness classes for all ages! It’s a very fun, high-intensity / low-impact cardio workout, with the support of a bungee harness. 
 
In addition, we offer Aerial Yoga, Aerial Arts, Dance Classes and Fit Springs, the latest in dynamic-low-impact strength training.
