Networking Mixers

 

After work events held monthly at different member businesses from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m., where members can meet, exchange business cares, and talk business in a relaxed and informal setting.

 

Host a mixer! If you have the type of business that would benefit from being shown off to fellow members and their guests, you can host a mixer. This gives you the opporunity to bring members into your location, acquaint them with your products or services, and generate networking and word-of-mouth advertising. As the host, you will be asked to give a brief personal welcome and commercial for your company. Business Connection Luncheons

 

These monthly luncheons offer attendees ample networking opportunities, a dynamic speaker, exhibit tables and an opportunity to present a 25-second “commercial” highlighting their business.

 

Sponsor a Chamber Business Connection Luncheon! As a sponsor, you have the exclusive opportunity to place printed or promotional pieces at each place setting and deliver a brief verbal commercial for your business. The cost is nominal and the exposure is great!

Conference Room Use

 

The Burbank Chamber offers members free use of our conference room on a space available basis. The facility provides a professional setting ideal for small and home-based businesses, clubs and organizations, and board or committee meetings. Some restrictions apply. Referral Service

 

The Chamber receives thousands of requests each year for recommendations on goods or services to be purchased in the Burbank area. We refer only Chamber members to these businesses, area residents, newcomers and visitors, by using our regularly updated membership roster.

Ribbon Cuttings

 

The Chamber is proud to assist members in celebrating their new businesses! Enjoy free help from the Chamber in planning your ribbon cutting which can stand alone, or be a part of your Grand Opening festivities! The Chamber can provide a list of members that can help you with catering and other needs for your special day. We can also help with you choosing a time and date for a successful event.

Member To Member Discount Program

 

Take advantage of discounts from our members…or offer your own discount! This program is updated twice a year, and allows members to offer discounts to attract new clients or customers and encourage current clients or customers to take advantage of the savings! The program is distributed through our mid-month mailer and reaches each and every member of the Burbank Chamber of Commerce.

Recreation Connection Discount Ticket Program

 

Receive substantial savings on tickets to local attractions and events, just by being a member of the Burbank Chamber of Commerce! Handy to have for the times you have got out of town guests, or are looking for tickets for the hottest show in town!!!

Consultancy Program

 

Every new member of the Chamber can receive six hours of free consulting with existing members (accountants, attorneys, etc.). The six hours may be used at any time during the first year of membership, and all consultations will be no less than one hour and no more than two hours. Members are also invited to assist as a consultant in this program, helping new members with their business-related needs.
